Hydroelectric Structure Inspection

Remote Robotics VideoRay Pro 4 ROV has proven itself as one of the easiest, safest, and most cost effective solutions for Hydro structure inspections. The compact and portable system can easily be deployed. The ROV camera captures high quality colour video and stills which is available for live client viewing and also recorded to the control system PC for later analysis. Observe potential erosion or leak problems before they turn into costly repairs.

The ROV can go into dangerous areas where diver safety is an issue, and gain an overall perspective into the integrity of aging infrastructure quickly and safely. Tight space access is another advantage of using our services as the max diameter of our ROV is 25.4cm.

Potable Water Tank Inspection

Remote Robotics carry out interior inspections of potable water tanks, fire suppression tanks, and any other water receptacle that requires routine maintenance and inspection. As it is small in size, our ROV can penetrate areas where human divers could not go safely, inspecting for leaks, sediment level, coating condition, and assessing the general condition of the tank.

Bridge and Culvert Inspection

Road & Rail Bridge inspection of submerged footers – measure scour around footers, erosion around piers, the presence of storm debris, and the general condition and deterioration of ageing infrastructure. The Remote Robotics VideoRay Pro4 may be the perfect tool for the inspection of Culverts, or anything used to channel water from place to place. It can fit into small diameter pipes.

Lock, Dam & Reservoir Inspection
